て反応させる直接法等が知られている。これら方
法の欠点として、反応過程での加熱により、生成
物の着色が避けられないこと、また反応溶媒とし
てジメチルホルムアミドを使用する場合、それが
食品添加物の製造には不適当であることなどであ
