動において前記案内定規の振れ止め位置をとる振
れ止め定規と、該振れ止め定規の作動制御を行う
駆動源と、前記作業定規が作動中タオルを押えて
おく第一クランプ手段と、前記案内定規を芯にし
てそれを覆い囲むようにタオルヘムを前記作業定
規の上動、内側水平動、外側水平動及び復帰動に
よつて三つ折りされたヘム部を押え該ヘム部を案
内定規の自由端に移動して該案内定規から抜く第
二クランプ手段とから成るタオルヘムの自動縫製
機の三つ折り装置において、前記水平作業面の側
縁部の一部分に案内定規の底面の一部分と直接又
は間接的に当接する作動板と、又該作動板を少な
くとも前記フツクの厚さ以上に、前記作業定規が
外側水平移動し前記案内定規位置に到達する以前
に持ち上げ且つ前記案内定規の下方に入つた後に
下動復帰させる作動手段を前記側縁部の下方に設
けたことを特徴としたタオルヘムの自動縫製機の
三つ折り装置。
