にエアー源と連通可能なるようエアーシリンダー
19を連設し、該エアーシリンダーに嵌挿したピ
ストン20を排気系バルブ内に延出させ、その延
出端に穿設した係止孔21の周縁と、上記排気バ
ルブのバルブ軸27aに設けた段部27eを係脱
自在に当接することにより当該排気バルブをエア
ー圧に抗して開き状態に係止保持するよう構成し
たことを特徴とする射出成形機におけるガス抜き
装置の排気バルブ係止機構。

出端に穿設した係止孔21の周縁と、上記排気バ
ルブのバルブ軸27aに設けた段部27eを係脱
自在に当接することにより当該排気バルブをエア
ー圧に抗して開き状態に係止保持するよう構成し
たことを特徴とする射出成形機におけるガス抜き
装置の排気バルブ係止機構。
