たロツドカバー及びヘツドカバーにそれぞれ給排
口を設け、これらの給排口を介して前記シリンダ
チユーブ内に流体を流入または排出させることに
よりこのシリンダチユーブ内に設けられたピスト
ンを滑動させるシリンダ装置において、前記ピス
トンの両面の外周近くにそれぞれピンを植設し、
このピストンの両面に同心上に突出した円錐状の
位置決め部材を設け、前記ロツドカバー及びヘツ
ドカバーのこのピストンに対向する内面に前記ピ
ストンの両面に形成されたピン及び位置決め部材
がそれぞれ嵌合する案内孔及び位置決め孔を形成
し、前記ピストンに同心上に断面角形のピストン
ロツドの一端を固設し、このピストンロツドの他
端を前記ロツドカバーの中心に形成された角孔を
介して気密にかつ摺動可能に外部に突出させたこ
