ヤビテイ内で成形品が成形されるようになつてい
る成形用型装置であつて、一方の型体側には、シ
リンダ部と、同シリンダ部と前記キヤビテイとを
連通させる通路とが形成され、前記シリンダ部の
内部空間には、ピストンが同空間内を進退し得る
ように設けられているとともに、前記ピストンの
先端には、前記通路とほぼ同一径をしていて同ピ
ストンの進退に伴い前記通路を進退し得る閉止ピ
ンが突出し、前記シリンダ部内部空間の前記ピス
トンの前・後になる部分にはそれぞれ個別的に圧
縮エアーを送り込むエアー導入路が連通していて
、後側のエアー導入路からのエアーの導入により
前記ピストンが進出動作をして、前記閉止ピンが
前記キヤビテイの通路側の開口を塞ぎ、前側のエ
アー導入路からのエアーの導入により前記ピスト
ンが後退動作をするとともに前記閉止ピンの前記
通路内での後退動作で同通路内とシリンダ部の内
部空間とが連通することで前記導入されたエアー
の圧力によりキヤビテイ内の成形品が取出される
ようになつていることを特徴とする成形用型装置
