Claims (1)

、前記ピストンの底壁に後端方向に向かつて突出
したスナビングピストンを設けるとともに、内筒
の密閉壁に該スナビングピストンが挿入される貫
通孔を設け、さらに、前記貫通孔にスナビングピ
ストンが挿入されて貫通孔が閉止されたとき、内
筒の内部とピストンの内部とを連通する絞り通路
を設け、ピストンが引込み側ストロークエンド近
傍まで移動したとき該ピストンの移動速度を減速
するようにしたことを特徴とするアクチユエータ
。 (2) 前記スナビングピストンを後端方向に向か
つて付勢するスプリングをピストンの底壁に設け
