第５図はこの考案による他の実施例の主要部の断
面図、第６図は従来の集積回路装置と基板の斜視
図である。 図において、１は集積回路チツプ、２Ａは外部
接続端子、５はパツケージ、６は基板、７Ａは基
板側端子、８は開口である。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一部または相当部を示す。

Claims (1)
- 集積回路チツプ、この集積回路チツプに接続さ
れた外部接続端子、および前記集積回路チツプを
包囲すると共に前記外部接続端子を支持する絶縁
材料からなるパツケージを有する集積回路装置に
おいて、前記外部接続端子を前記パツケージ内に
埋設し、前記パツケージにはその外表面から前記
外部接続端子へ到る開口を形成し、前記集積回路
装置を装着する基板に設けられた基板側端子を前
記開口へ挿入して前記外部接続端子と接続するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする集積回路装置。
