支持した支持枠であり、殊にそのうちシヤツタ5
に関しては、これを支持枠1の室外側開口部に
上、中、下の計三枚をもつて配置し、且つ夫々上
端部寄りの中間部を支軸6によつて支持枠1の左
右両側壁に上下回動可能に枢支している。7は斯
様なシヤツタ5の各上端部に夫々リベツト8によ
つて連結した連杆で、詳細にはその各シヤツタ5
に沿つて上方から下方へと延びた垂直部7aとこ
の垂直部7aの下端部から前方へと延びた水平部
7bとを一体に有するL字状(反L字状)を成す
ものであり、その水平部7bの先端部にはU字形
の切欠部9を形成している。10は切欠部9下方
の操作機構で、これも詳細には引き板11を有す
ると共にこの引き板11の上下動に応じて前記モ
ータ3への通断電を制御するスイツチ及び下降し
た引き板11を保持するロツク機構等(何れも図
示せず)を内蔵したスイツチボツクス12を有す
るものにて、更に引き板11にはスイツチボツク
ス12の下方に突出した下端部に引き紐13を垂
下せしめる一方、スイツチボツクス12の上方に
突出した上端部に孔14を形成し、この孔14と
前記連杆7特に上記切欠部9とをリング15によ
つて連結している。

との間に張架したばねで、詳細には連杆7の上記
垂直部7aの中間位近くに形成した孔20と支持
枠1の左側壁に切起し形成した突片21との間に
張架せられており、又、その突片21は連杆7が
後述の如くシヤツタ5の開閉に伴つて上下動する
ときでも常に孔20より下方に位置する箇所に形
成していて、それ故ばね19もその支持枠側取付
端19aが常に連杆側取付端19bより下方に位
置する様に張架せしめている。又この場合、ばね
19には上記シヤツタ5の開放状態からの自重に
よる閉鎖力より小さいばね力を発するものを使用
している。そして一方、22は連杆7の水平部7
b下縁に切起し形成した突片で、23は突片22
と衝突する後方への傾斜部23aを有し支持枠1
の左側壁下部にやはり切起し形成したストツパで
ある。

つて制止され続けることによりやはり閉鎖状態に
拘束保持される。これに対して今、引き紐13を
引下げ操作すると、同時に引き板11が引下げら
れることに基づきスイツチボツクス12内の図示
しないスイツチが作動せられてモータ3に通電
し、且つリング15を介して連杆7もここで操作
力を受ける。従つて斯様に操作力を受けた連杆7
は最初僅かにばね19のばね力に抗して最上位の
シヤツタ5との連結部分を中心に後方へ回動し、
これにより突片22をストツパ23からずらし、
その後はばね19を縮めつつ即ち該ばね19のば
ね力に順じつつ下方へと移動し、リベツト8によ
りシヤツタ5の各上端部を引下げて反対に該シヤ
ツタ5の支軸6より先方の部分を上昇させ第2図
に示す様なシヤツタ「開放」状態となす。故にこ
の間、最初を除いては操作はすべてばね19のば
ね力に順じて行なわれ、よつて従来よりも少ない
力で軽くシヤツタ5を開放させ得るものであり、
大いに便利ならしめ得る。尚、斯くしてシヤツタ
5を開放させたとき、羽根2は先のモータ2の通
電による起動に基づいて回転が開始せられてお
り、従つてその後はその回転を続ける羽根4が室
内の汚染された空気をシヤツタ5の開放部分即ち
支持枠1の室外側開口部を通して室外に強制排出
し、その排出量に見合つた説鮮な空気を室外より
自然吸入して換気を行なう。又、こうした換気扇
の運転状態(シヤツタ5の開放状態)はスイツチ
ボツクス12内のロツク機構が引き板11を下降
位置に保持し続けることによつて維持される。

り下方に位置する様に張架して成ることを特徴と
するものであり、これにてシヤツタを殆どばね力
に抗さず逆にそのばね力に順じて開放操作できる
から、少ない力で軽く開放させ得、その上閉鎖時
にもその操作をばね力に順じて行なわしめ得、よ
つてやはり少ない力で軽く閉鎖せしめ得るという
価値ある実用的効果を奏するものであり、加えて
閉鎖時にシヤツタはストツパによつて閉鎖状態に
拘束保持されるから、外風など外方からの開放力
を受けても開かず、そのいわゆるばたつきを防止
できると共に、室外からシヤツタを開けて室内が
物色されたりすることも防止できるという一層の
効果を奏する。
