In the figure, 1 is the support frame of the ventilation fan outer frame, which faces both the indoor side and the outdoor side.A decorative frame 2 is attached to the indoor side opening, and a decorative frame 2 is attached to the outdoor side opening. For example, upper, middle, and lower three shutters 3, 4, and 5 are pivoted to be movable up and down for opening and closing by means of shafts 6, 7, and 8 passing through their respective intermediate portions. Reference numeral 9 denotes a motor disposed in the center of the outer frame 1, and reference numeral 10 denotes a blade directly connected to a rotating shaft (not shown) of the motor 9 and positioned within the decorative frame 2. Reference numeral 11 denotes a substantially inverted L-shaped interlocking plate located within the outer frame 1 and extending from the outdoor side opening to the indoor side opening, and the portion 11a along the outdoor side opening is connected to the shutter 3,
4 and 5 by shafts 12, 13, and 14, respectively, so as to be vertically movable. For the middle and lower shafts 13 and 14, arcuate (apparently straight) elongated holes 15 and 16 are formed in the interlocking plate 11 with the upper shaft 12 as the center, respectively. The shafts 13 and 14 are loosely fitted into the elongated holes 15,
The interlocking plate 11 is configured to rotate about the shaft 12 by the stroke of the shafts 13 and 14 within the shaft 16. 17 is a stopper provided at the lower part of the side wall of the outer frame 1 by, for example, cutting and raising the stopper inwardly,
On the other hand, reference numeral 18 denotes a hooking piece that is similarly cut and raised at the bottom of the interlocking plate 11 and protrudes outward from the stopper 17 side. The edge 18a on the corresponding side is formed in an upward (angle θ) oblique shape from the base to the tip. Reference numeral 19 denotes a tension coil spring installed between the interlocking plate 11 and the side surface of the outer frame 1 where the stopper 17 is located, which pulls the interlocking plate 11 forward and upward to the shutters 3, 4, and 5. Applying a closing force, at the same time the interlocking plate 11 is moved to the stopper 17 of the outer frame 1 as shown by the arrow X in FIG.
For example, the intermediate portion of the oblique edge 18a of the engaging piece 18 is pulled toward the side surface where the stopper 1 is located.
7 is abutted and engaged. 20 is a U-shaped notch formed at the tip of the interlocking plate 11;
21 is located below the notch 20 and the outer frame 1 is
This is a switch box attached to the lower side of the front surface, and a pull plate 22 of the operating mechanism is inserted into the switch box 21 so as to be able to move up and down. A switch for controlling the power and a lock mechanism (none of which are shown) for maintaining the lowered position of the pull plate 22 are built in, and a pull cord 23 is suspended from the lower end of the pull plate 22, while a pull cord 23 is suspended from the upper end of the pull plate 22. A hole 24 is formed in the hole 24, and this hole 24 and the notch 20 located slightly forward of the hole 24 are connected by a swingable ring 25.

ばたつきの問題を無くし得るものである。 Next, to describe the operation of this embodiment configured as described above, first, assume that the entire system is in a stopped state (shutter closed state) as shown in FIG. If an attempt is made to release it from the outside due to some external factor other than the pull-down operation of the string 23, such as an outside wind, the interlocking plate 11 will be pushed by the shafts 12, 13, and 14, and the third It attempts to move obliquely forward and downward as indicated by arrow A in the figure, but there is a stopper 17 diagonally forward and downwardly of the engaging piece 18, which engages while remaining in contact with the oblique edge 18a of the engaging piece 18. Therefore, the interlocking plate 11 is blocked by the stopper 17 via the hooking piece 18 and cannot move as described above, and the shutters 3, 4,
5 also cannot be opened without moving the interlocking plate 11. That is, the shutters 3, 4, and 5 are restrained and held in the closed state, thereby eliminating the problem of unpleasant flapping in which the shutters 3, 4, and 5 open once and then close again.

て維持される。 Therefore, when the pull string 23 is pulled down from the above-mentioned stopped state, the pull plate 22 that is pulled down will first move the interlocking plate 11 by an amount to correct the misalignment with the notch 20 at the tip of the interlocking plate 11. spring 19
While moving in the opposite direction of the arrow X in FIG. 2 against the urging force of The oblique edge 18a is released rearward from the engagement position with the stopper 17. Subsequently, the pull plate 22 activates a switch (not shown) in the switch box 21 to energize the motor 9, and moves the interlocking plate 11, which releases the engaging piece 18 from the engaged position with the stopper 17, as described above. Further, the base end portions of the shutters 3, 4, and 5 are pulled down by pulling downward as shown by arrow C in FIG. 3 against the biasing force of the spring 19, and the shutters 3, 4, and 5 rotates around the shafts 6, 7, and 8, and conversely flips and opens the tip portion upward as indicated by arrow D in FIG. Thus, with the shutters 3, 4, and 5 open, the energized motor 9 rotates the blades 10, thereby passing the contaminated air inside the room through the outer frame 1 to the outside. The indoor air is replaced by forcibly exhausting the air and naturally inhaling fresh air from outside in an amount equal to the amount of the exhaust. The operating state of the ventilation fan accompanied by the above-described opening operation of the shutters 3, 4, and 5 is maintained by a lock mechanism (not shown) in the switch box 21 holding the pull plate 22 in the lowered position.

Based on the release of the holding state of the pull plate 22 by the internal lock mechanism, the interlocking plate 11 moves in the direction of the arrow E opposite to the initial arrow C due to the biasing force of the spring 19.
The shutters 3, 4, and 5 are returned to the closed position as shown by , and the pull plate 22 is pulled up to return the switch in the switch box 21 to the inoperative state, thereby stopping the rotation of the motor 9 and the blades 10. Subsequently, the interlocking plate 11 returns forward as shown by the arrow F opposite to the arrow B and further in the direction of the arrow X in FIG.
In this way, when everything is restored, the shutters 3, 4, and 5 can be kept closed in the same manner as before the start of operation to prevent rattling.

得る。 On the other hand, in this embodiment, the hooking piece 18
has an oblique edge 18a, which is brought into contact with the stopper 17 by the biasing force of the spring 19, so that the above-mentioned dimensional errors and assembly errors are avoided. Therefore, if the interlocking plate 11 is positioned upward, the engaging piece 18 will bring the lower part (base side) of the oblique edge 18a into contact with the stopper 17 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. On the other hand, if the interlocking plate 11 is positioned downward, the engaging piece 18 will move the upper part (tip end side) of the oblique edge 18a to the stopper 1 as shown by the other two-dot chain line in FIG.
7, and in any case, the shutters 3, 4, and 5 in the closed state are exposed to the opening force from outside such as the outside wind. It does not move at all, that is, it does not have the slightest wobbling and can completely suppress flapping, which makes it more practical.
