【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、ウルソデオキシコール酸を含有する一次胆ｌ
ｔ性（１［硬変治療用医薬１１■成物に関ｌ゛るらのて
ある。

ウルソデオキシコール酸は、コレステ〔１−ル性胆嚢拮
７−１症の溶解治療に使用される既知の化合物である。

本出願人は、ウルソデオキシコール酸が一次胆汁性肝硬
変の治療にム効果的にはｌ二らくことを見い出した。

または叶感染に起因しないことから一次と言われている

患者に１３〜１５ｍｇ１ｋ６７日のウルソデオキシコー
ル酸を２年間投与すると、血清中の胆汁酸の総濃度は変
わらず、かゆみを有する但台の割合は５３から８％に低
下し、患者の血中ビリルビン濃度は３４μＭ以下になり
、血清中アルカリホスファクーゼ、トランスアミナーゼ
およびγ−グルタミントランスフェラーゼ活性は全ての
患者で低下し、プロトロンビン、アルブミン、γ−グロ
ブリンおよび免疫グロブリンＭの濃度は変化しなかった
。

を経ると共に治療効果の増大を示す患者が増加し、しか

型剤を含有してなる医薬組成物を提供すウルソデオキシ
コール酸は、例えばカプセルの形態で経口投与するのが

ル、コーンスターチ ゼラチンカプセル：ゼラチン、二酸化チタン、インジゴ
チン（インジゴ・カルミン）、二酸化イオウ。

Claims (4)
- （１）ウルソデオキシコール酸を含有する一次胆汁性肝
硬変治療用医薬組成物。 - （２）ウルソデオキシコール酸の投与量が１３〜１５ｍ
ｇ／ｋｇ／日である第１項に記載の組成物。 - （３）経口投与用の第１項に記載の組成物。
- （４）ゼラチンカプセルの形態である第３項に記載の組
成物。
