Claims (1)
- 薄板状の円板を複数本のアームの上方に支持し
た基台をセンサーに対して回転ないし往復運動さ
せて該円板表面の反り形状を測定する円板の反り
測定装置において、それぞれ前記円板を水平に支
持する受皿状の形状を有し前記アーム上に搭載可
能な内周ホルダーと外周ホルダーと内外周ホルダ
ーとスピンドル固定ホルダーとを交換可能に備え
ていることを特徴とする円板の反り測定装置。
