Claims (1)
- 静止側リテーナに嵌合した静止密封環と回転側
リテーナに嵌合した回転密封環とを密封端面で摺
接させるとともに、前記両リーテナのそれぞれに
静止密封環と回転密封環の背圧逃し通路を形成し
たメカニカルシールにおいて、前記背圧逃し通路
の少なくとも一方に背圧逃し方向に開弁可能な逆
止弁を設けたことを特徴とするメカニカルシール
。
