Claims (1)
- シールリングの両側面部にそれぞれシリンダ内
の圧力流体をバツクリング側に導入するための圧
力導入用切欠を形成した流体機器のシール装置に
おいて、前記シールリングの両側面部に形成され
た各圧力導入用切欠は、リング外周面側を開口さ
せ、リング内周面側を閉じる構造としたことを特
徴とする流体機器のシール装置。
