の透過率の変化が第3図の特性()で示すよう
に尖鋭であることがモアレの強度を大としてい

斜め継目11を有するシヤドウマスク5が提案さ
れている。この場合、スロツト6の列に沿つての
走査線パターンの透過率の変化は第5図の特性

く、しかも継目の向きが一列毎に+α,−αと交
互に繰り返されているので、機械的強度が大であ
り、シヤドウマスク5は成型加工に充分耐えるも
