Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) テープ基材の表裏面に離型剤層と粘着剤層
と粘着剤層とがそれぞれ形成されて上層テープが
構成され、他のテープ基材の表裏面に離型剤層と
粘着剤層とがそれぞれ形成されて下層テープが構
成され、この下層テープ離型剤層に上層テープ粘
着剤層が面接着されて両テープが積層され、しか
も貼着対象物に対する下層テープ粘着剤層の接着
力が下層テープ離型剤層に対する上層テープ粘着
剤層の接着力より大きく形成され、かつ上層テー
プ粘着剤層の幅方向端縁部の少なくとも一方に所
定幅の非粘着剤層部分が形成されてなる積層粘着
テープ。 (2) 前記下層テープ離型剤層に対する上層テー
プ粘着剤層の接着力が上層テープ離型剤層に対す
る下層テープ粘着剤層の接着力よりも大きく形成
されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
積層粘着テープ。
