Claims (1)
以下の電気良導体の線を複数本用い、該複数本の
線をそれぞれ絶縁被覆してそれらを互いによじり
合わせてなるケーブルを、水冷用の絶縁体の管中
に挿入して水冷ケーブルを作製し、該水冷ケーブ
ルを用いて電磁誘導加熱コイルを作製したことを
