グネツトワイヤを同軸ケーブルを介して検出装置
に接続したことを特徴とする電磁プローブ装置。 (2) 絶縁支持棒は少なくとも電磁プローブ側を
中空穴にして、この中空穴の中に同軸ケーブルを
挿通したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の電磁プローブ装置。 (3) 絶縁支持棒は短尺のものを複数個接離可能
にしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
