Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入口通路および出口通路間のポートを開閉
する弁体と、前記弁体をロツドに取付けたピスト
ンを駆動するようにシリンダにオイルを供給する
オイル供給手段と、前記ピストンロツドの所定量
の移動によつて駆動され前記シリンダのオイル排
出口を開く可動弁と、前記オイル排出口に連なる
オイル排出路に設けた開閉弁とを備えたガス流量
制御弁。 (2) シリンダの中心線上において、ピストンに
対するオイル排出口の位置を変位可能に構成した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載のガス流量制御弁。
