Claims (1)
- 流入口から流出口に至る流路の中間部に弁口お
よび密封面を、流入口を介して上記弁口と反対側
にシリンダ壁を、それぞれ同一軸心上にもうける
弁箱と、上記シリンダ壁を摺動する環状パツキン
を装着し、上記弁口内方に突出する細径部を有す
るピストンと、上記細径部に間に小径環状パツキ
ンを介して摺動自在に装着され、上記密封面に密
着して弁口を閉塞する逆止パツキンを有する逆止
弁体と、上記逆止弁体を密封面に押圧せしめる逆
止ばねと、ピストンに逆止ばねの押圧方向と反対
方向に押圧力を与える減圧ばねとを備えた逆流防
止型減圧弁。
