(Function) Next, the function of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, when the rotating shaft 4 rotates, the crank 35, which is fixed to the rotating shaft 4 and constitutes the approaching/separating drive mechanism, acts on the support plate 34. to push up the packaging material table 17. As a result, the uppermost packaging material 16 on the packaging material table 17 adheres to the adhesive tape 21 of the adhesive material protruding from the through hole 28 of the adhesive release plate 26. (See Figure 2) Next, when the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the reciprocating plate 18 starts moving forward by the reciprocating mechanism composed of the arm 12 and the like, and when it advances to a predetermined position in the packaging device B, the adhesive material Since the cam 27 constituting the retracting mechanism stands up and pushes down the adhesive release plate 26, the adhesive tape 21 on the packaging material 16 is released (see FIG. 3).

The tape 79 is rotatably attached to a shaft 91, and adhesive stickers 78 are continuously adhered to the surface of the tape 79, and small holes 92 are provided between the adhesive stickers 78.
This small hole 92 is a protrusion 88 provided on the tape feed drum 77.
Configure it to fit. Reference numeral 93 denotes an adhesive seal separating plate, which separates the adhesive seal 78 from the tape 79 when the tape 79 is intermittently fed by the tape feeding drum 77 as described later.

First, when the author turns on the power switch placed on the operation panel, the electric motor 2 and the blower 36 become operational. Second, when the packaging material supply switch (not shown) is operated, for example, the electromagnetic device 68 starts operating. When activated, the operating rod 69 is disengaged from the pawl 66 of the intermittent clutch 67, and the crank 35 of the rotating shaft 4 rotates once.

As a result, the crank 35 acts on the support plate 34 and pushes up the packaging material table 17, so that the uppermost packaging material 16 on the packaging material table 17 is removed from the pair of left and right adhesive tapes 21 protruding from the adhesive release plate 26. Stick to .21. At this time, since a breeze is blowing out from the air outlet 38 of the duct 37, only one packaging material 16 is adhered to the adhesive tape 21 and separated from the next packaging material 16 without overlapping (Fig. 2). 4), and at this time, the packaging device B is in a state where the wrapping plates 52, 53 are opened to receive the packaging material 16, as shown in FIG.

Next, when the electromagnetic device 8 is activated and its operating rod 9 is disengaged from the pawl of the intermittent clutch 7, the rotating shaft 3 starts rotating, and along with this rotation, the arm 12 rotates counterclockwise, causing a pair of reciprocating motions. Boardwork 8.18 starts moving towards the packaging bag, IB. Further, in parallel with this, the rod 83 starts moving forward, the tape feed arm 82 starts rotating clockwise, and the drum feed pawl 85 starts to rise and begins to move away from the protrusion 88 of the tape feed drum 77.

As a result, when the packaging material 16 adhered with the pair of left and right adhesive tapes 21° 21 moves forward and reaches a predetermined position on the packaging device B, the leading end of the packaging material 16 is pre-aligned as shown in FIG. As the cam 27 comes into contact with the adhesive surface of the adhesive seal 78 that is waiting, the cam 27 rises and pushes the adhesive release plate 26 downward as shown in FIG.
The adhesive tape 21 and 21 are released. At this time, the drum feed claw 85 is completely separated from the protrusion 88 of the tape feed drum 77 and is located at the top.

The tape feed arm 82 rotates counterclockwise and the drum feed claw 85 begins to descend. During this descent, the drum feed pawl 85 descends while catching the protrusion 88, so the team feed re-drum 77 rotates and the tape 79 is fed one pitch. When the tape 79 is fed in this way,
The adhesive surface of the adhesive seal 78 that is on standby sticks to the front end surface of the packaging material 16, and the next adhesive seal 78 is separated from the tape 79 by the adhesive seal separating plate 93, and becomes in a waiting state.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the packaging material 16 is folded in the order of 11, C, and 2, and after a predetermined period of time, the electromagnetic device 68 is activated and its operating rod 69 is disengaged from the pawl 66 of the intermittent clutch 67. Then, the rotation +b4 is further rotated by half a turn, so that the upper and lower arms 1149 are lowered and returned to the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 6, and the wrapping plates 52 and 53 are in an open state. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, when the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 78 is attached to the packaging material 16, the material to be packaged 46

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is capable of adhering the packaging material on the packaging material table with an adhesive material when feeding the packaging material from the packaging material table to a predetermined position, and transporting the packaging material to a predetermined position. Since the adhesive is released when it reaches the position, even if the packaging material is relatively thin and difficult to handle, such as cellophane paper, it can be reliably fed to the specified position with one shepherd. The advantage is that the configuration is relatively simple.
