- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入力端子１００から印加される信号レベル
を、集積回路１の内部回路２で用いる信号レベル
に変換するスピードアツプコンデンサを含むレベ
ルシフト回路であつて、前記レベルシフト回路３
の出力端に電圧クランプ手段５を付加したことを
特徴とするレベルシフト回路。 (2) 前記電圧クランプ手段４はダイオードによ
り構成してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載のレベルシフト回路。
