は発電コイル、Ｄ１〜Ｄ４，Ｄａ，Ｄｂはダイオ
ード、ＳＣＲ１，ＳＣＲ２はサイリスタ、ＣＯＮ
Ｔは制御回路、ＢＡＴはバツテリ、ＦＥＴ１，Ｆ
ＥＴ２は電界効果トランジスタである。
例回路図である。図においてＭは発電機、ＥＸＴ
は発電コイル、Ｄ１〜Ｄ４，Ｄａ，Ｄｂはダイオ
ード、ＳＣＲ１，ＳＣＲ２はサイリスタ、ＣＯＮ
Ｔは制御回路、ＢＡＴはバツテリ、ＦＥＴ１，Ｆ
ＥＴ２は電界効果トランジスタである。
Claims (1)
- 交流発電機の交流出力を整流器を介して整流し
てバツテリを充電すると共に、該バツテリ電圧を
検出して該交流出力を短絡し該バツテリ電圧を所
定値に維持せしめるようにしたバツテリ充電装置
において、ダイオードと電界効果トランジスタに
りよ全波整流回路を形成するとともに該電界効果
トランジスタのゲート端子を夫々ダイオードを介
して互いに整流位相の異る交流入力端子側に接続
し、且つ該バツテリ電圧検出信号を夫々該電界効
果トランジスタのゲート端子に共通接続したこと
を特徴とするバツテリ充電装置。
