- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ドレツシングされる砥石面に対向配置され
かつ前記砥石面との対向面のみを露出せし他の部
分を互に相手方に対して絶縁した一対以上の電極
と、前記電極の陽極と陰極間に研削液を供給する
研削液供給装置と、前記陽極と陰極との間に電圧
を印加させ放電を発生させる電源装置と、前記放
電の影響範囲内に砥石面が配置されるように電極
を支持する支持装置と、を含むことを特徴とする
インプロセス放電ドレツサー。 (2) 前記研削液は導電性でかつ化学的に活性で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のインプ
ロセス放電ドレツサー。
