第１図は本考案に係るプレダスト分離機の斜視
図で、第２図はその側断面図、第３図は同じく正
断面図、第４図は本考案を用いたアルミ切粉用分
離機の側断面図、第５図はその正断面図、第６図
は本考案を実施した集塵機の一部破断側面図で、
第７図は従来のサイクロン式分離機の側断面図で
ある。 １はプレタンク、２は取入口、３は通気口、４
は折返し縁、５は長孔。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プレタンクの全体を横向きの円形ドラム形
    状と成し、このプレタンクの一端側外周面に含塵
    空気の取入口を設け、また、他端面には周囲に折
    返し縁を残して集塵機側に通じる通気口を開口す
    ると共に、上記プレタンクの取入口を設けた側の
    底面には、横幅方向に粗粒子ダストの排出用長孔
    を穿設したことを特徴とするプレダスト分離機。 (2) 前記粗粒子排出用長孔の幅を可変式に構成
    したことを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のプレダスト分離機。
