- 個人特有の識別情報を検出する識別情報検出手
段と、予め登録された者の識別情報を記憶する記
憶手段と、識別情報検出手段の検出による識別情
報と記憶手段に記憶された識別情報との一致を判
定する判定手段と、判定手段による判定結果が不
一致のとき、主装置との情報の授受を指令する指
令手段に、実行禁止信号を出力し、判定手段によ
る判定結果が一致のときには、指令手段に実行許
可信号を一定時間出力する信号発生手段と、信号
発生手段からの信号を受け、該信号の内容に応じ
た表示を行なう表示手段と、を含むことを特徴と
するＩＣカード。
