れ、前記外杆部材に前記凹溝に嵌脱自在に嵌入さ
れた軸部材が設けられると共に前記切欠凹部に係
脱自在に係合された係合部材が設けられた点にあ

が凹溝32内に嵌入した際、前記切欠凹部33内
に弾発付勢状にかつ係脱自在に係合する係合部3
