Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溶湯を蓄える保持室と、この保持室と区画して
    設けられ、補給路を経て保持室より溶湯が補給さ
    れる圧力室と、この圧力室とガス供給源とを結ぶ
    管路とを備え、この管路より供給されるガスの圧
    力により前記圧力室の吐出口より圧力室内の溶湯
    を送出するようにした金属給湯炉において、 前記補給路に開閉自在に設けられた給湯コツク
    と、前記圧力室内の溶湯の湯面が前記保持室内の
    溶湯の湯面よりも低い第１の高さ位置に達したこ
    とを検知する第１のセンサと、前記圧力室内の溶
    湯の湯面が前記第１の高さ位置よりも所定高さだ
    け低い第２の高さ位置に達したことを検知する第
    ２のセンサとを備え、前記給湯コツクを開いて前
    記圧力室内に溶湯を給湯開始後、前記第１のセン
    サの検知出力に応答して前記給湯コツクを閉じて
    給湯停止し、しかる後前記第２のセンサの検知出
    力があるまで前記管路を通じて前記圧力室内にガ
    スを供給することにより、前記所定高さにより予
    め設定された量だけ溶湯を吐出口から送出するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする金属給湯炉の吐出制御
    装置。
