Skylight devices for daylighting have become widely popular because they allow daylight to come in from the roof of a building and are highly efficient. Although such skylight devices for daylighting do not pose a problem if the building is not sealed, such as when installed in a factory or distribution market, in the opposite case, condensation on the skylight or the mounting hardware often becomes a problem. . Particularly recently, such skylight devices are often installed in ordinary houses, and the airtightness of houses has improved, so condensation is likely to occur, and the condensed water is transmitted to the wall surface and flows down, causing wallpaper. etc., or even fell directly onto the floor.

In such situations, skylights are made with a double layer structure to prevent condensation, and condensed water is drained outside using a condensation tray installed in a metal mounting frame. It was not possible to prevent condensation from forming directly on the indoor surface of the mounting frame. For this reason, attempts have been made to attach a heat insulating sheet or form a heat insulating layer on this surface, but these have been time-consuming and have not been completely effective in preventing condensation.

The present invention was made to achieve such an objective, and its gist is that in a skylight device for daylighting in which the skylight main body is attached by a metal attachment frame, the metal attachment frame is A vertical part facing the indoor side, a skylight receiver connected to the top of this part, a dew receiver extending indoors slightly below the skylight receiver, and a dew receiver slightly below the skylight receiver extending toward the outdoor side. The skylight device for daylighting is comprised of a covering part that exposes the light, and furthermore, a sheet heating element is stretched over the corner of the metal mounting frame below the exposure receiver.

An outer skylight D 1 and an inner skylight D 2 are fixed to the skylight holder F 2 of this mounting frame F with bolts B via caulking C and packing P, and wired glass G is further fixed. . In such a daylighting skylight device, the skylight main body D has a double structure, so dew condensation is difficult to occur, and even if dew condensation does occur, the condensed water is caught by the dew catcher F3 of the mounting frame F, and is drained from the drain port F. 3 A to be discharged outdoors.

However, the above structure cannot prevent condensation from forming directly on the surface of the metal mounting frame F exposed to the indoor side, that is, on the vertical portion F 1 and the dew receiving portion F 3 .
For this reason, the present invention is characterized in that a planar heating element H is stretched over the lower corner of the dew receiving portion F3 . In this embodiment, a planar heating element H consisting of two parts as shown in FIG. 2 is used. That is, a cord 2 is connected to the two ends of the band-shaped heating element main body 1 so that it can be energized by one outlet 3. An adhesive layer 4 is provided on the back surface of the heating element main body 1 so that it can be easily stretched over the surface of the metal mounting frame F. Since the heating element main body 1 is generally flexible, it can be shaped and stretched to match the shape of the rectangular mounting frame F, for example, as shown in FIG.

As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention has a planar heating element H stretched over the lower corner of the dew receiving part F3 of the metal mounting frame F, so that the vertical part F1 located on the indoor side and It is possible to heat the part of the dew receiving part F3 , and since the position where it is stretched is the lower corner of the dew receiving part F1 , it is difficult to heat compared to conventional products and does not get in the way. It also has the feature of being able to be installed stably over a long period of time.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, the area of the metal mounting frame located on the indoor side can be appropriately heated by the action of the sheet heating element, so that dew condensation does not occur on the surface exposed to the indoor side. In addition to being simple and compact in structure, it is easy to install and maintain and inspect, and it also has the advantage of being able to be installed stably over a long period of time without damaging the appearance.
