香して製造した桧材木の処方Cを芳香防腐剤の試料とし
て使用した。なお、上記各揮発性芳香油■〜■はそのい

の観察を行い、セットしたときの鴻の卵の状態を基準に
して、○:全く異常なし、Δニ一部に若干の変化は認め
られるが、全体的には殆ど異常なしと判断される、及び
、X:明らかな又は著しい変化(食品としての価値を失
する程度)が認められる、の三段階で評価した。結果を
