Claims (1)
用スリーブに摺動自在に挿通させるとともに、前
記測定ピンにコイルスプリングを巻装して測定ピ
ンを前記固定用スリーブに対し軸方向に弾発的に
支持してなるピンプローブにおいて、前記測定ピ
ンを、少なくとも前記固定用スリーブとの摺接面
に対応する部分に軸方向に沿つて溝状もしくは面
取り状の切欠き部が形成された基体の表面に金属
薄膜を被着して構成したことを特徴とするピンプ
ローブ。 2 切欠き部が基体の全長にわたつて形成された
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のピンプロー
ブ。 3 基体が硬質導電性樹脂材で成型された実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のピンプ
ローブ。 4 基体が導電性セラミツクスで成型された実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のピン
プローブ。 5 基体が炭素繊維を主体として成型された実用
