Claims (1)
ト液を供給し、且つ戻しパイプを介してタンクに
回収するようにしたクーラントタンク装置におい
て、加工機械よりリターンのスラツジ及び泡等を
含むダーテイクーラント液を、該タンク装置に備
えた切粉分離装置を通してタンクに戻すように構
成し、この切粉分離装置には、前記タンク液面に
発生する泡を吸い取る泡吸込装置を接続し、リタ
ーンのダーテイクーラント液と共に再度上記切粉
分離装置を通すことにより、タンク液面に発生す
る気泡の除去を行う、クーラントタンク液面の消
泡装置。 (2) 前記泡吸込装置は、加工機械側へ供給する
高圧のクリーンクーラント液の一部を利用して負
圧を発生させるエゼクターと、此処に発生する負
圧を利用して、タンク液面に設けた液面の浮遊し
た泡を吸収する泡吸込器具からなり、該液面に発
生した泡を吸い込み、ダーテイクーラント液と共
に切粉分離装置に送り込む実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項記載のクーラント液面の消泡装置。 (3) 前記泡吸込器具は泡の吸込み口に関し、液
面からの高さを調整して、泡吸込みの最適高さを
セツトできる調整装置を具備した実用新案登録請
求の範囲第2項記載の泡吸込み装置。 (4) 前記切粉分離装置は、スラツジ及び泡等を
含むダーテイクーラント液の流入口と、排出口、
並びに底板を設けた切粉分離装置本体に、前記底
板と処定の間隙を有してマグネツトドラムを回転
させ、該間隙にグーテイクーラント液を通して、
該ドラム外周面にスラツジ等を吸着、及び泡を附
着させ、これをドラム上方の液面上で常にドラム
外周に押圧しているゴムローラーで、スラツジは
絞り、泡は押しつぶし、この脱水したスラツジを
掻き取り板で掻き取る構成の実用新案登録請求の
