Claims (1)
- 金属基板と、前記金属基板上に貼着され前記金
属基板の一側辺終端部から突出する舌片部を有す
る絶縁フイルムと、前記絶縁フイルム上に所望の
形状に形成された導電路と、前記導電路上に固着
される複数の回路素子と、前記導電路が延在され
る前記舌片部上に設けられた複数の接続電極と、
絶縁樹脂から構成され前記金属基板の終端部より
突出しその両端部に脚部を有するケース材とを備
えたことを特徴とする混成集積回路。
