- 外部応力により変位する透明な絶縁性シートと
、この絶縁性シート上に形成された透明導電性接
点及び回路パターンと、前記透明導電性接点の対
向する位置に形成された固定側透明接点及び回路
パターンとから構成される透明電極シートにおい
て、前記回路パターンの回路引き回しパターン部
を電気絶縁性皮膜によりコーテイングを行なつて
、フアインパターン化に対応するようにしたこと
を特徴とする透明電極シート。
