１を荷体収容構造体３に形成された各棚段４の供
給口４ｂに沿つて上下方向に変位させ且つこの変
位の過程で各棚段４に対応する位置で間歇的に一
時停止させる駆動装置９とから成り、ケージ１の
一時停止期間中に前記荷体供給装置５が荷体２を
ケージ１からこれに対応する棚段４に供給する如
くに作動する荷体自動積込装置であつて、前記各
棚段４の存在を検出するセンサー１７をケージ１
に付設し、該センサー１７の検出信号によりケー
ジ１を一時停止させるべき各棚段４に対応する位
置を決定する構成としたことを特徴とする荷体自
