- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ユニツトに金属性導電膜が形成され、該金属性
導電膜にはんだ付けでリード線が取付けられてな
るセラミツク電子部品において、 前記ユニツト側の少なくともリード線の当接す
る部分の一部に凹部を形成し、リード線とユニツ
ト側との間に間隔をあけて、はんだ溜り部を設け
たことを特徴とするセラミツク電子部品。
