<Prior art> Conventionally, in order to damp vibrations on the vehicle floor, etc.,
Adhesive sheets made by kneading various rubber compounds and asphalt into sheets were set on the floor and then heated and softened to fuse them along the floor, but adhesive sheets alone were insufficient. There was a problem where vibration damping effects could not be obtained. Therefore, the applicant has developed a vibration damping sheet in which a restraining layer is formed by applying heated and molten petroleum resin on an adhesive layer made by kneading various rubber compounds or asphalt and forming it into a sheet. However, it is necessary to apply heated and molten petroleum resin onto the adhesive layer formed into a sheet by brushing or roll coating, so vibration damping sheets can be efficiently automated and continuously manufactured. There was a desire to develop a manufacturing device for this.

<Structure of the invention> To this end, the invention uses a calendar machine that roll-forms kneaded rubber compound or asphalt into a sheet, and an adhesive layer delivered from the calendar machine that is placed on release paper. A vibration damping sheet manufacturing apparatus is comprised of a conveying belt conveyor and a coating machine that is installed above the belt conveyor and has a slit-shaped discharge port at the bottom of a coating tank that stores molten petroleum resin inside. This is what I did.

Figure 1 shows the overall configuration of the vibration damping sheet manufacturing equipment, and Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the coating machine. Consists of calendar rolls. 2 is a guide roller that guides the adhesive layer 5 sent out from the calendar machine 1;
Reference numeral 3 denotes a belt conveyor laid horizontally in front of the guide roller 2, which places the adhesive layer 5 on the release paper 6 sent out from the roll paper 4 and conveys it at a predetermined speed. 7 is a coating machine for the restraining layer 8 installed above the belt conveyor 3, and is equipped with a box-shaped coating tank 71 for storing molten petroleum resin.
1 is provided with a heater 72 for heating petroleum resin. Further, this coating tank 71 is made to have approximately the same width as the adhesive layer 5 on the belt conveyor 3,
A slit-shaped discharge port 73 is provided at the bottom corner along the width direction (transverse direction of the adhesive layer 5). The slit-shaped discharge port 73 is formed so that its slit width can be adjusted, for example, from about 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm, and the length of the discharge port 73 is formed to be approximately the same as the width of the adhesive layer 5. Reference numeral 9 denotes a feed pipe that sends the molten petroleum resin from an upper stirring tank (not shown) to a lower coating tank 71, which is heated by a band heater or the like as necessary. Accordingly, it is heated by a band heater or the like. In addition,
The vertical distance between the coating tank 71 and the belt conveyor 3 is
The width is set as narrow as possible within a range where the adhesive layer 5 conveyed on the belt conveyor 3 does not come into contact with the bottom of the coating tank 71.

First, a rubber compound and asphalt, which are raw materials for the adhesive layer 5, are kneaded using a kneader (not shown), and the kneaded material is sent to a calendar machine 1. The adhesive material layer 5 is formed into a sheet by roll forming.
Next, this adhesive layer 5 is placed on the belt conveyor 3 via the guide roller 2 with a release paper 6 in between, and the belt conveyor 3 is driven to rotate at a predetermined speed. The layer 5 is conveyed at a constant speed below the coater 7. On the other hand, in the coating tank 71 of the coating machine 7, there is a supply pipe 9 from a stirring tank (not shown).
A petroleum resin material (in some cases, a tackifier such as coumaron resin or phenol resin is mixed with the petroleum resin) is supplied in a heated and molten state through the heater 72
The adhesive is heated to, for example, 260° C. to 270° C. and is delivered from the slit-shaped discharge port 73 onto the adhesive layer 5 below while maintaining the melted state. At this time, the petroleum resin material is
Depends on the slit width in step 3, e.g. 0.2~3mm
is delivered onto the adhesive layer 5 from the discharge port 73 while maintaining a constant thickness, thereby forming a constraining layer 8 with a constant thickness on the adhesive layer 5, and thereby forming a constraining layer 8 with a constant thickness on the adhesive layer 5. A damping sheet consisting of the constraining layer 8 is continuously and automatically produced.
