として役立ち、主にコンクリート製品の生産や建設工事

後者は、コンクリ−I・の凍害を防止し、低温による凝
結硬化の遅延を緩和するために上記の処置を行なう必要
がある。 然るに、従来技術によれば、前者では一般に蒸気養生に
よる手段がとられ、後者では温風ヒーターや電気マット
などの想が利用されており、いずれも特別の装置や電源
などを必要とする不都合があって、場所的制約を受け、
管理上の手間もあなどれない状況にある。 従って、特別な装置を必要とせず、場所の制約も受ける
ことなく、取扱いや管理が簡単な保温給熱方法の出現が
望まれる所である。

、その上面には薄いパラフィンの様な付着防止の膜3が

を広げ、加熱対象物に合わせて適宜の寸法に切断し、被
覆用の膜3をはがして対象物に貼りつける。 第2図は、対象物がコンクリート躯体4そのものに直接
添付した場合を示し、第3図は、コンクリ−1・4の型
枠5の表面にこれを添付した場合の例を示すものである
。 養生用シート3コンクリート4又は型枠5の表面に添付
した後、外表面(シートの生石灰粉末の層2がついてな
い面)から霧状あるいは水滴液の水分を供給すると、シ
ートを水分が徐々に透過して生石灰との発熱反応が生じ
、対象物を急速に加熱することができる。なお、生石灰
粉末の、q Qは用途対象や熱量を考慮して適宜定めう
ろことは云う迄もない。 そして、この養生は、水分発散を制御する効果を有する
被覆方法が実施されるのみでなく、硬化促進及び水分凍
結防止の効果を有する加熱法が同時に実施されるもので
あり、そして衝撃の防止にもなり、又、散布された水が
発熱反応の熱によって水蒸気になることから蒸気養生の
作用も多少施されるようになる。 又、この養生方法は、養生用シートと例えば水さえあれ
ば実施できるものであり、しかも屋内外を問わずどこで
でも簡単に実施できるものである。 尚、上記実施例においては、発熱反応を呈する予備層と
して生石灰層の場合でしか説明していないが、この生石
灰層のみに限られないものであり、反応によって正の反
応熱を発生させるものであれば良い。

の手間がかからない。
