Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱可塑性プラスチツクで成形され且つ内部
に導電層が形成されてなる一次放射器本体と水密
キヤツプの夫々の接合面のいずれかに、連続した
小突起を設け、その小突起部分を超音波溶着或い
は高周波溶着して一次放射器本体と水密キヤツプ
とを一体化したことを特徴とする一次放射器。 (2) 小突起が一次放射器本体に形成されている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の一次放射器。 (3) 小突起が水密キヤツプに形成されているこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の一次放射器。
