Claims (1)
- 少なくとも冷媒液体が注入された金属性の容器
と、該容器の表面または内面の少なくとも一部を
酸化することにより形成される金属酸化膜と、該
金属酸化膜上に形成される所望形状の導電路と、
該導電路上に形成される発熱性素子とを具備する
ことを特徴とした混成集積回路。
