Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上部突出部にるつぼ部を、下部基台に鋳型空
洞部を内部に形成した鋳型部を有する凸状鋳型と
、前記るつぼ部を下部開口部から収容する耐火材
にてなる筒状体をもち、この筒状体の外周に電気
的加熱手段を、内部空間を減圧ならびに加圧する
手段をそれぞれ設けた加熱室と、前記凸状鋳型の
鋳型部を加熱室開口部に圧接し、加熱室を気密に
封止する鋳型昇降機構とを備え、るつぼ内で融解
した被鋳造金属を加圧または負圧によつて鋳型空
洞部に注湯するようにした装置において、金属材
にてなる鋳造リングを外被とする鋳型部上部に立
設するるつぼ部の周壁を高耐熱性の耐火材または
黒鉛材にてなる薄肉の筒状部材にて形成するとと
もに、被鋳造金属の鋳造に適合する埋没材によつ
て前記筒状部材の内腔にるつぼ底部を有するるつ
ぼ部と前記鋳型部とを一体的に成型してなる凸状
鋳型を設けたことを特徴とする加圧鋳造装置。 ２ るつぼ部の周壁を形成する筒状部材が、その
