Claims (1)
- 原子線又は分子線を吸収させる為の、原子又は
分子を封入したセルを有し、そのセルに光を通過
させることにより封入した原子又は分子の吸収線
と等しい波長の光のみを吸収させてレーザの発振
周波数を検出して安定化させる装置において、吸
収量を増大させる為にヒータ等の加熱器によりセ
ルを加熱して温度制御することにより原子・分子
線の吸収量を増大させることを特徴とする原子・
分子線吸収装置。
