Claims (1)
- ４個のダイオードを２個ずつ同極性に直列に接
続し、これらの直列回路は互いに同極性に、かつ
発光ダイオードを逆極性にそれぞれ並列接続し、
一方、前記ダイオードの直列回路の接続中点に、
外部よりの電圧を印加するようにしてなる回路を
透明な樹脂材料で一体的にモールド成形したこと
を特徴とする発光素子。
