ニオン歯車を設けた回転軸を可動レール上に軸受
けし、また可動レール上にはモータと減速機構と
出力軸の軸受けと、一端にリクライニング装置を
設け、またリクライニング装置の駆動する駆動側
と、スライド装置を駆動する回転軸側には、モー
タ及び減速機構を介して取出す出力軸と夫々クラ
ツチ手段を介装して連絡させたことを特徴とする
