に嵌合し、筒状シヤフト内に操作シヤフトを軸方
向にスライド可能に嵌合し、筒状シヤフトと超音
波モータの中空回転軸とを連結させるキーを操作
シヤフトに設け、操作シヤフトのスライドにより
