Claims (1)
- 環状の磁力源１を挾んで配置された環状の磁極
片２，３と、該両磁極片２，３を貫通する軸４の
間の微小間隙内に、磁性流体５を介在させられて
なる磁性流体シール装置において、前記軸４の前
記磁極片２，３の内周面に対向する周面以外に、
前記磁性流体５に対し濡れ性を示さない材料によ
る非濡れ性被膜７を施されていることを特徴とす
る磁性流体シール装置。
