所定の値以上あるかどうかを検出するバツテリ電
圧検出部5と、当該バツテリ電圧検出部5の出力
信号を入力するとともに、各種演算や制御を行う
マイクロコンピユータ部7と、当該マイクロコン
ピユータ部7の出力信号により前記バツテリ3へ
の充電をON―OFF制御するバツテリ充電制御
部8と、前記各部へ電気を供給するDC電源部1
からなり、電源投入後起動したマイクロコンピユ
ータ部7によりバツテリ3の電圧チエツクを行い
、それが所定の値以上の場合は記憶素子部4にデ
ータが正常に保持されていると判断し、所定の値
以下の場合は記憶データが消失したとして、それ
ぞれの場合に応じた適宜な制御を行うとともに、
前記判断後に、バツテリ充電制御部8へバツテリ
3の充電ON信号を出力し、バツテリへの充電を
