検出回路を設け、該接続検出回路が前記サーミス
タが負特性サーミスタであるときはそのサーミス
タの開放状態を、また、前記サーミスタが正特性
サーミスタであるときはそのサーミスタの短絡状
態を検出したときに前記制御回路は前記電流制御
素子を非導通状態にするように制御する構成とし
