る充電が入切される開閉器と、前記バツテリの電
圧を検出する電圧検出部と、前記電圧検出部の検
出結果により前記バツテリの残存容量が所定値以
上又は以下であるかを判断する手段と、前記残存
容量が所定値以下の場合に、充電を開始してから
残存容量が該所定値に達する迄の時間を計時する
手段及び前記計時した充電時間に基づき残存容量
が前記所定値に達した後の充電時間を算出して該
充電時間で充電を行わせる手段とを備えることを
