BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A conventional rock crushing device for crushing rock using a wedge is shown in FIG. 1. The above-mentioned rock crushing device inserts a guide member c divided into two into a hole b drilled in a rock a, and press-fits a wedge e between these guide members c with a hydraulic cylinder d to expand each guide member c. The upper divided portion of the guide member c is provided with a bellows-shaped dustproof membrane (not shown). However, since the wedge e protrudes from the tip of the guide member c, no waterproof measures have been taken.
Therefore, when crushing rock with a high groundwater level, some of the muddy water may enter from the tip f of the guide member c into the sliding contact area with the wedge e, causing the sliding surface to become rough.
There were problems such as burn-in.

This invention was made with the aim of improving such problems, by providing a rock crushing device with a waterproof structure in which a dustproof membrane is provided on the entire divided part except for the upper part of the guide member, thereby eliminating problems such as seizure at the sliding contact part with the wedge.

This invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings shown in FIG. 2 and subsequent figures. In the figure, 1 is the main body of the rock crushing device, which includes a guide member 2 divided into two, a wedge 3 provided vertically slidably between these guide members 2, and the wedge 3 connected to the guide member 2 via a plate spring 4.
It consists of a hydraulic cylinder 5 that is press-fitted in between. The guide member 2 has a substantially semicircular cross section, and the diameter gradually decreases toward the distal end, and grooves 2a into which the wedges 3 are inserted run along the longitudinal direction and extend along the entire length. It has been formed over the years. The groove 2a becomes gradually shallower toward the tip of the guide member 2, and the bottom surface 2a is in sliding contact with the wedge 3.
A low friction plate 6 is fixed to b. Bottom surface 2b of the tip end side of the groove 2a to which the low friction plate 6 is attached
A plurality of recessed holes 2c into which positioning protrusions 6a protruding from the low-friction plate 6 are fitted are bored at intervals, and a large number of small-diameter recessed holes 2d are formed around the recessed holes 2c. It is perforated. These small-diameter concave holes 2d are formed by positioning the low-friction plates 6 using the protrusions 6a and attaching them to the bottoms of the concave grooves 2a, and then press-fitting the wedges 3 to place a part of the low-friction plates 6 into these concave holes 2d. The low friction plate 6 is plastically deformed to form the concave groove 2a.
After that, the force in the thrust direction that acts on the low friction plate 6 due to friction with the wedge 3 is supported as a shear force by a large number of protrusions (not shown) inserted into the recessed hole 2d. Therefore, it is possible to prevent cracks from occurring in the guide member 2 due to stress concentration.

On the other hand, the tip of the guide member 2 has a small diameter portion 2e.
The tip of the wedge 3 protrudes freely between these small diameter portions 2e, and a bellows-shaped dustproof film 7 is provided on both sides of the groove 2a.
A fitting groove 2f into which is fitted is formed over the entire length of the groove 2a. Moreover, this groove 2a is formed in the small diameter portion 2.
It reaches the tip of the small diameter portion 2e along the groove 2a formed in the groove e, and at the tip of the small diameter portion 2e, the fitting grooves 2f on both sides of the groove 2a are connected to each other via the arcuate portion 2f'. They are installed consecutively. The dustproof membrane 7 whose both ends are fitted into these fitting grooves 2f has a small diameter portion 2e.
The guide member 3 is curved in a U-shape so as to bypass the fitting groove 2f and the circular arc portion 2f' formed in the guide member 3, thereby making the entire divided portion of the guide member 3 waterproof by the dustproof film 7.

As described in detail above, this invention creates a waterproof structure inside the guide member 2 by providing the dust-proof membrane 7 over the entire length of the divided part except the upper part of the guide member 2, which is divided into two parts. Even when a high bedrock or the like is crushed, muddy water and earth and sand will not enter into the sliding contact surfaces of the guide member 2 and the wedge 3. This prevents the sliding surface from becoming rough with muddy water or earth and sand, making it impossible to press in the wedge 3 smoothly, or preventing the sliding surface from seizing and making it difficult to crush the rock. Become. In addition, the conventional dustproof film 7
Since it is only necessary to extend the guide member 2 to the distal end of the guide member 2, it can be implemented easily and inexpensively.
