Claims (1)
- 長さの異なる棒状の導電体より電極を構成し、
前記電極を３個以上一定の間隔を置いて互いにほ
ぼ平行に配置し、前記電極を絶縁体よりなる支持
体で互いに固着し、最も長い電極以外の電極の上
端を電極の長さの順に抵抗体で接続し、最も長い
電極の上端と最も短い電極の上端との間に少なく
とも１個の抵抗体と電源を直列に接続し、前記抵
抗体のうち１個の抵抗体に並列に電圧計を接続し
、前記電極の下端を測定する液面の高さの変化す
る範囲内で互いに異なる位置に配したことを特徴
とする液面センサ。
